Terms of Service
Effective: March 15, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Veloci, you agree to these terms. If you are using Veloci on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.
2. Our services
Veloci provides an AI-powered ordering platform for delivery restaurants, including phone ordering automation, multi-channel order management (web, SMS, WhatsApp), kitchen display systems, driver tracking, and analytics. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You grant Veloci a non-exclusive license to process your restaurant data solely to provide the service. You must not use the platform for illegal purposes or in ways that harm other users.

5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veloci's total liability for any claims under these terms is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
